ACCOUNTING ANALYST

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for ensuring accurate cash, receivables, sales, and expense reports by monitoring and installing control measures for all branches by checking and verifying daily posted invoices vs. route pass and sales journal.
  • Verify and check issued checks are all accounted for, and monitor collected BIR 2307 forms.
  • Prepares report of findings and forwards it to concerned department for immediate resolution.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College graduate of Accountancy, Financial Management, Banking and Finance or any related courses.

ACCOUNTING RECEIVABLES ASSOCIATES

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide support to accounting receivables transactions by monitoring all aspects of collections and outstanding debt owed to the company.
  • Check missing and overdue account receivables of the company.
  • Coordinates and makes follow up of payments to clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Accountancy, Finance, Banking Management, or any related courses.

AUDITOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for conducting periodic audits of sales and collection and the use of accountable forms.
  • Analyze data and ensure efficiency and accuracy of information.
  • Carry out post review/audit of petty cash liquidation and formulate internal control procedures.
  • Prepares audit reports and recommendation for resolution.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or any related course.
  • Must have an audit work experience.

SERVICE TECHNICIANS

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs on-site service repair and unit installation as prescribed in the service manuals.
  • Responsible for on-site service repairs and installation of units bought by clients.
  • Assessing equipment problems and installation functions.
  • Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports and records.
  • Handling customer relations in a professional way.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate.
  • Knowledgeable in refrigeration and air-conditioning, electrical installation and maintenance.
  • With at least one year exposure in electrical equipment installation and maintenance.
