When using an non-electric carrier or cart, use a Camwarmer to extend the hot holding time of your food beyond 4 hours. Simply heat in a 350°F oven for 45 minutes and slide onto the bottom rail of your carrier. We also suggest using a Camwarmer if you are opening the door frequently because it can help make up for heat loss. For best results, use two Camwarmers per compartment.
