RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Canvass and purchase office materials and fixtures
- Checks and requests payments for all utilities :
- Prepares monthly reports on utility consumption, expenses vs budget on all general administration.
- Coordinates with respective concessionaires/offices to attend to concerns or issues relative to utilities, building maintenance, motor pool, safety and security.
- Monitors messengerial, janitorial and security activities.
- Ensures adequate janitorial supplies.
- Lays-out plan for repairs and preventive
- Maintains and Updates office equipment and supplies inventories.
- Conducts periodic inventory.
- Maintains monitors and updates 201 records of all company cars (trucks and cars).
- Attends to issues relative to community relations.
- Attends to all general administration services on company-sponsored events
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
