Designed with an impact resistant shell and non-toxic refrigerant gel, ColdFest pans protect your chilled food at or below 41°F (4°C) without the need for messy ice. Simply freeze upside down overnight (or at least 8 hours) and fill with pre-chilled food to keep contents cold for up to 8 hours. ColdFest pans are ideal for Versa Salad Bars and buffets, and to keep condiments and creamers chilled during outdoor catering.
