SERVICE TECHNICIANS

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs on-site service repair and unit installation as prescribed in the service manuals.
  • Responsible for on-site service repairs and installation of units bought by clients.
  • Assessing equipment problems and installation functions.
  • Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports and records.
  • Handling customer relations in a professional way.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate.
  • Knowledgeable in refrigeration and air-conditioning, electrical installation and maintenance.
  • With at least one year exposure in electrical equipment installation and maintenance.
