HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT

RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Responsible for providing administrative support and assistance in the implementation and execution of Human Resource programs, activities and policies of the company.
  • Performs tasks such as; recruitment and onboarding; timekeeping and payroll processing as well as compensation and benefits requirements.
  • Coordinates to other departments and employees of the company to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution to their inquiries.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or any related courses.

SERVICE TECHNICIANS

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs on-site service repair and unit installation as prescribed in the service manuals.
  • Attends to the scheduled maintenance services.
  • Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports and records.
  • Suggest improved methods and techniques.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate.
  • Knowledgeable in refrigeration and air-conditioning, electrical installation and maintenance.
  • With at least one year exposure in electrical equipment installation and maintenance.

BRAND SPECIALISTS

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement specific marketing and account management activities in order to grow and develop the brand.
  • Collaborate in the overall execution of brand’s marketing development strategy and activities.
  • Conceptualizes brand promotion and assists sales in implementation and monitoring sales leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Culinary Arts and other related courses.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

PURCHASING ASSISTANT

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform day to day processing of purchasing transactions.
  • Monitors inventory level of regular stocks and ensures accurate pricing, quantity and description of purchases.
  • Monitors status of stock consolidation and shipments.
  • Prepares purchase order based on historical movement.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • To collect to various customers within Metro Manila areas
  • Graduate of any business related course
  • Preferably with experience in purchasing functions
  • Detail-oriented with good communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel and Word.

ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATES

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to accounting receivable through monitoring all aspects of collections and outstanding debt owed to the company.
  • Check missing and overdue account receivables of the company.
  • Coordinates and makes follow up of payments to clients.
