ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATES

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for providing support to the accounting department by performing clerical works, preparing reports, processing, and recording transactions to the system.
  • Performs checking, posting, and filing of sales invoices, collection reports, official receipts and other accountable documents.
  • Ensure accurate receivables transactions by monitoring all aspects of collections and outstanding debt owed to the company.
  • Coordinate and follow up payment to clients and arrange collection schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Accountancy, Financial Management, Banking and Finance or any related courses.
